Winter is the time to start incorporating warming foods back into your diet, so it also makes this season the perfect time to experiment with essential oils in your favorite food and drink recipes! Spicy and sweet, my version of a ‘Hot Toddy’ (made here sans the alcohol) will warm you right up, PLUS you get the added bonus of the energizing effects of wild orange essential oil.
