Hi everybody, it’s been a little while since I’ve done an audio blog >> listen here << – and I felt that there was a globally-important issue that required an immediate audio blog to share with you.
My name is Dr. Marissa Heisel. I think most of you have probably received emails from me for a while, but if you’re newer to the group, welcome.
I wanted to share with you something that’s going on in the world that is literally going to change the face of health care sovereignty and world response to any future health issues, and it is happening right now.
I’m talking about the World Health Organization’s proposed amendment to the International Health Regulations.
This is something that most people likely know absolutely nothing about, so I’ll start with that: If you haven’t heard of this, please do not be surprised. What’s surprising to me is how few people, even amongst those who are very conscious of what is truly going on in the world at this time, are not aware of this either.
This has been so well-hidden and obfuscated by government, by media, that very few people are aware – but this is an issue of massive, massive concern.
I would even suggest that this might be the real goal of the power-play and power grab by non-governmental, non-elected organizations throughout the entire Covid scheme or narrative of the last two years.
The World Health Organization, back in 2005, proposed something called International Health Regulations, which were adopted by 194 member nations across the world, and they allowed the World Health Organization to declare a public health emergency if the WHO decided that an infectious disease outbreak had occurred in a member nation – but it required the consent of that member nation, and it recognized the sovereignty of individual nations that adopted those international health regulations.
So basically, if there was a health concern in an individual nation, and the World Health Organization came along and said, “you’ve got an epidemic, a pandemic, something going on here,” the member nation had to agree that was truly happening.
Then we started to see some really egregious things happening with the World Health Organization back in 2020.
The first thing that they did was to relabel what a pandemic is; they changed the definition of a pandemic. It used to include or require a certain number of deaths worldwide, and in 2020 with Covid, the WHO did away with that, and basically said that they had the unilateral ability to declare a pandemic, whether there were any deaths at the time or not.
So we started to see some power moves on the part of the World Health Organization.
Perhaps what we should do is go back and explain that the World Health Organization is not an elected organization. It is a non-governmental organization that the people around the world have no say on; the people appointed to the World Health Organization are decided by those in positions of power – but not by us, by the people – and it operates outside of government, with collusion between public and private interests.
Meaning, that the World Health Organization takes massive amounts of money from private business and private enterprise, as well as from governments around the world.
So we’re seeing this real – I’m going to use the word ‘collusion’ again – between public and private interests – between government and private enterprise who are attempting to steer policy in a certain direction.
What happened in January of this year is that the United States Department of Health and Human Services suggested amendments to the International Health Regulations that would give the World Health Organization complete control over all member states in the world – 194 member nations – so that if the WHO decided to declare an epidemic or a pandemic, it would then take control and supersede the individual constitution of every single one of those member nations.
If the WHO were to decide that an influenza outbreak was an emergency around the world, or in an individual nation, it would then require that nation, or all nations of the world to cede control of the country’s public health measures to the WHO.
Now you might be sitting here thinking, “Well, what’s the problem with that? The World Health Organization must know what they’re doing, and if they say there’s an emergency in the UK or Canada or Switzerland or Sweden, or all nations of the world, there must be.”
Except, again, you have to recognize that the World Health Organization is not an elected organization, it is a private organization that, these days, is owned in large part by private enterprise and private business that wants to direct world health policy in order to enrich and enable those private businesses which they represent.
So, if you have pharmaceutical companies, if you have private interests, if you have massive shareholders who would benefit from lockdowns, in lockstep, of every single country around the world; who would benefit from medications being ruled out or forbidden from use by people around the world – then you would see, potentially – potentially – the World Health Organization declare a pandemic or pandemics whether they truly exist or not.
Because they will have the right to decide what is and is not a health crisis.
You will see increased surveillance of every member nation.
You will see 48-hour deadlines, wherein a country has 48 hours to respond to a World Health Organization risk assessment and accept or reject it, except that all nations are going to end up being forced to accept assistance from the World Health Organization – and that assistance will be entirely dependent on what the WHO decided it should look like.
The WHO will be able to rely on secret sources, for undisclosed sources of information leading it to declare a public health emergency, Those sources can include big pharma, they can include World Health Organization funders such as the Gates Foundation, and anybody else seeking to monopolize power in the world.
You’ll see weakened sovereignty amongst all member nations, and this is vital to understand – because not all nations responded identically to the Covid crisis, for example, in 2020.
We saw Sweden deciding to act independently and not follow what much of the rest of the world did, and to their credit – they did not destroy their economy, they did not see mass bankruptcies, they did not see mass suicides, and their death rates from Covid were no worse than anywhere else in the world, because Sweden made a decision to act in their country’s best interest.
That will no longer be allowed.
Not every province or every state in a country will necessarily have the same kind of health response, based on the needs of that individual province or state. You won’t see – and there should not be – identical health decisions made from country to country, or from geographic region to geographic region.
In Canada, where we get essentially 4 months of spring and summer, we’re going to have a very different health picture than a country in Central or South America, where it’s 30 degrees year-round. The outcomes in terms of all health and all illness are going to be different in those two countries.
Yet according to the proposed changes to the International Health Regulations, all countries will need to subscribe and submit to what the World Health Organization says.
So the thing to understand is, the US asked for changes to these International Health Regulations, proposed amendments, and with no time and no ability of the individual public to respond – there is a vote on this at the World Health Organization between May 22-28 of this month.
Today it is May 14th as I record this.
Any countries that do not accept these amendments will have only 6 months to reject them.
That means, starting 8 days from now, 194 member nations and all of the private businesses and private enterprise that prop up those governments and the World Health Organization are going to make decisions that will forever potentially change your country’s ability to respond to a health crisis.
What will happen is that any countries that reject these amendments will have 6 months to fully reject them – that means by November of this year. And if that member state fails to act in time, it will be deemed to have accepted the amendments in full.
After that, the World Health Organization and the Director General of the World Health Organization will have all decision-making and nothing that individual country does will have any force or affect.
What this essentially does is it hands over the individual constitution of every single country in terms of their health policy to the World Health Organization.
Again, if you believe that the World Health Organization is acting in the best interest of individuals around the world, I really want to suggest that you dig a little deeper outside of Google to fully understand what the World Health Organization truly is and whose interests they truly represent.
This is something of tremendous concern to those ethical medical doctors, scientists, holistic health doctors, private people, and ethical media who understand that this is a power grab of the highest order.
This will subject the world to standing in lockstep with each other in a way that did not even occur with Covid.
This is truly totalitarianism at its core and it is something that should concern every single one of us.
No matter what your point of view was on Covid – whether you continue to believe that there is a virus spreading around the world and continuing to make people sick; whether you continue to want to wear a mask, or two, or three; whether you continue to believe you need to receive every single Covid booster that you are told to – or whether you believe the exact opposite – this is something that should truly frighten every single one of us.
The fact that a non-governmental, non-elected body that receives a vast amount of its funding from private enterprise could supersede the constitution of your country and demand that every single country around the world accept the exact same health response to any health issue that the World Health Organization deems as an emergency (and they will not need to justify whether it is or not) should be terrifying to you.
If they decide that every single country is locked down to the same extent that China currently is, where there is mass starvation right now in major cities with tens of millions of people – they could decide that.
If they decide on quarantine/concentration camps that have been built in countries around the world and that if you do not comply, you will be forced into one…
If they decide that your children can be separated from you, as they are doing in China right now…
If they decide that you must be forced – not coerced, but forced – into medicalization that you do not choose for yourself or your family…
If they decide to shut your business temporarily or permanently…
If they decide that food supply cannot be delivered….
Every single nation will be forced to submit to this.
If we do not do something about this NOW, then the only way to do something about this later will be if citizens around the world rise up against this by force.
Right now, there is no need for force – but there is a need for your voice.
There is a need for you to finally, after more than 2 years, acknowledge that we cannot truly have health care if we do not also have freedom of choice. They are not exclusive of each other, they are synonymous with each other.
You must be allowed to make your own health care choices for yourself and for your family.
Without that, you do not truly have health, you have enforced decision-making from top-down.
Health is not just about the presence or absence of a virus or an illness – it is also mental, emotional, spiritual, financial.
If you are forced to comply with something – particularly with the use of force, because that is also being allowed here – member-nations that do not comply will face financial restrictions and the potential use of militarized force – that is no longer “health”.
Then we live in a totalitarian world with no choice whatsoever.
So, if you are at all concerned about this, my suggestion is that you at the very least sign a petition that I am going to include in a link in the email that you received this audio with, and that you also take a look at the World Council for Health (www.worldcouncilforhealth.org).
They have an awful lot of info about stopping the WHO. The World Council for Health is an amalgamation of ethical medical doctors, scientists, lawyers, media, holistic professionals, and citizens around the world, most of whose names you will likely never have heard if all you’ve looked at is Google and mainstream media, but they represent tens of thousands of health care professionals around the world.
The other place to look is InterestofJustice.org. This is a small legal organization based out of Costa Rica trying to stop the International Health Regulation amendment and the power grab by the WHO.
Again, I’m going to ask you to please set aside your philosophical differences with your neighbours, your family, your friends, your spouse, your children, and be willing to at least engage in the possibility that what you have been told for the last two years might not be “the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth” – particularly if you’ve been receiving your information from Google and mainstream media exclusively.
It is time to open your eyes and recognize that, potentially, you have been hoodwinked. That, potentially, you’ve been somewhat hypnotized by what you have heard coming out of your television screen for two years.
This is an issue of vital importance to sovereignty, and the future of your family and your community, your province or state, your country, and the entire world – because if these amendments are successful, the right of any individual country to assert what is best for its citizens will no longer exist.
I ask you to please be willing to open your hearts, open your minds, and open your ears, and hear something different, perhaps, than you have heard up to now.
