As the holidays draw to a close, the energy is shifting toward that of renewal! 2020 is upon us, and this liminal time is full of rich inspiration and potential for the future.
Winter holidays often inspire us to look back at the year (or decade!) before us, to take stock of where we’ve been, what we’ve accomplished, and how we feel about it all. Looking back at our past with clarity and self-compassion can be an important first step in moving forward freely and visioning a future we’re excited for!
Our time is now–and we’re being invited to relish the abundance of our divine inheritance. Let’s RISE UP, celebrate, and go forward with intention!

To your diffuser, add:
- 2 drops Frankincense
- 3 drops Sandalwood
- 2 drops Lime
- 1 drop dōTERRA Passion blend
- 3 drops dōTERRA Elevation blend
Frankincense shields us from negativity and is a powerful conduit to the divine, while Sandalwood helps us listen to and connect with our heart’s deepest desires. Lime clears away heaviness and sorrow from the heart and helps us to feel safe in feeling our emotions more fully. Passion blend is wonderful for breaking free of self-imposed limitations and discovering our sense of spontaneity. Elevation blend is known as the oil of joy, and helps to clear away negative thought patterns, replacing them with a sense of determined optimism.
