What do essential oils have to do with my garden?
I’m not surprised if that thought crossed your mind, or that you haven’t heard how essential oils can and should be part of your natural gardening tool kit. I’m just learning for myself how to use them to enhance the life of my plants (even though I have been using them to enhance my own life for nearly 5 years now)! Earlier in the month I spoke with a farmer to get some tips of the trade and cannot wait to start my beyond organic container garden!

Why did I pick these oils?
Basil makes a great companion oil for many plants, and will help attract pollinators (I plan to use it in the water for my tomato plants, since I doubt I’ll have enough room in the pot for fresh basil). Rosemary helps to deter pests from your garden, and can help keep powdery mildew in check! TerraShield is for you, dear gardener, to keep insects away from you while you tend to your garden! My favorite part about this one is not only is it all natural, but it’s safe for the whole family to use!
