Either way, this dish makes a lovely side – even my family of eclectic eaters enjoyed it! The sweetness of the potato and pears is complemented perfectly by the spiciness of the oils. I also loved how simple this was to put together – chop, toss, roast, and DONE. Cooking with essential oils cuts the prep time in half with out sacrificing any of the flavour!
