So you’ve got the OnGuard Cleaner Concentrate, now to be sure you are getting the most use out of it! I tasked the Transformational Essentials Team to give us their favourites ways to use this cleaner, and they did not disappoint!
Ashley uses this to clean the counters, baby toys, and shower. Mix it with a bit of water & away she goes!
Pamela bought it to try in her new dishwasher after struggling to get clean dishes; some would come out clean, utensils were very hit and miss and the dispenser was getting gummed up– her family actually wished for their old, ugly dishwasher back! She added just 1 tbsp of the cleaner concentrate (1 that’s it), started the dishwasher on hot like they always do. She was SO excited to check it the next morning and reported that her dishes were “SO sparkly clean”!
Vanessa owns a fitness studio, and uses it on her floors and for general cleaning. At home she has it in a pump soap container to use for dishes and cleaning fruits and veggies.
Deb uses it for dishes & mopping the floor.
Jess makes up a squirt bottle and uses it to clean virtually everything: her children’s toys, windows, mirrors, walls, floors, bathroom and beyond! It works for everything, smells amazing and leaves windows and mirrors streak free! And if you wear make-up, check out this trick from Jess:
To wash make up brushes…add 1 tbsp of cleaner concentrate, a few drops of your favourite oil (last time Jess used Bergamot), and water in a mason jar, soak brushes over night and they will smell amazing!
Denise has three small children, so she always finds herself cleaning something! She adds some to a squirt bottle (which stays on a window sill for easy access) or a bucket to clean floors, toys, carpets, sinks, walls and doors.
Nicole loves it for her floors and shower!
Stephanie dilutes the concentrate in a spray bottle to clean the fridge, countertops, stovetop, and bathrooms.
Rachael uses it as dish soap, mostly.
Sandra says, “I clean everything with it! Period.”
Before you jump up to start your spring cleaning, here are a few things you should know:
- DIRECTIONS FOR USE MULTI-PURPOSE CLEANER: Mix 2 tbsp of concentrate per 24 oz. of water. BATHROOMS: Mix 3 tbsp of concentrate per 24 oz. of water. DISHES: Mix 3 tbsp of concentrate per gallon of water. TOUGH JOBS: Apply concentrate directly on designated area and let soak. Avoid direct use of concentrate on hardwood floors and natural stone.
